Nice! Ok, where did you get that Loach and Huss?
Grunt Sgt: "We got 6 confirmed kills..."
Intel Officer: "NVA or VC?"
Grunt Sgt: "Monkeys. And they didn't say what side they were on."

Hahahaha! ..The Loach is an ACE model (from Korea) , the Huss is a Roskopf model ..a West German version.

These guys are my 'Marine Landing Force', they pack up fairly neatly. I also include a 1/144 OV10 Bronco and a Skyraider.
I reckon I need a Phrog or two.

A recent experiment to base a whole village 'set' on 5x6, 5x3, and 2x3 bases (leftover Battlefront bases), came up nice methinks ..
note how each of the hooches as based comfortably on a 5x6cm base.

experiment results ; will add a bunch more detailing pieces (fuel drums, bamboo, palm tree, fences) to what I sell as the 'hooches' pack ....maybe even bundle a village 'pack' with extra fencing and terrain pieces. I sell separately at the moment.

bewdy !
...am / have been upgrading 'what's in a pack' a bit over the last months .
... over the last year have improved production method /economy so much (relative to when I started at Flashpoint Miniatures three years ago,.. and before that) that I now produce some figures and pieces much better and reliably than I was doing from older moulds and methods . Some pieces didn't produce at all. Some pieces were turkeys anyway. So have more , and more of the 'good stuff' to share .
If you've been watching you will have seen most of the pack-composition quietly change quite a bit in the last six months. I say quietly because stockists who are still holding old stock get cranky when I improve something, because it means they are thereafter holding an obsolete item. (I 'get' that, from their perspective) ,,,so funnily enough, I've been not supplying resellers and politely waiting till their stock runs down (which it has mostly) before more openly re-engineering 'what's in a pack' .

I'm planning to be able to bundle some things like terrain (like this "village" idea) and figures (like a Marine or ANZAC Rifle Company with extras) now I'm producing much better.

Saying this, it's been pretty busy in the Flashpoint shop just recently .. so I know as of right now, I'm "out" of a few pieces that I need to have to complete a Marine M14 Rifle Platoon and an NVA Rifle Platoon ... my two by-far most popular items ... (which have been even more popular lately..which is why I have to make some more ASAP. )

..I actually want to be 'playing' more this year ..so I need to manage economy of time behind the 'Flashpoint Miniatures' shop-counter. Hahaha!

efficiency = more time throwing dice.

You write "Born to Kill" on your helmet and you wear a peace button. What's that supposed to be, some kind of sick joke?
